HEALTHY ‘LOW FAT’ BURGERS – Nicko’s Kitchen

Ingredients:

BURGER
500g lean ground/minced beef
1/4 cup grated celery
1/4 cup grated carrots
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped coriander
zest of 1 lemon
salt & pepper to season
1/4 cup corn crumbs
1 egg

YOGURT DRESSING
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 tsp mint

FILLING
Gluten free buns (optional)
1 tomato
4 iceberg lettuce slices
